Please include: platform (iPhone or Steam), the game version (gear at the top left → bottom of the Settings window), what you were doing, and ideally a screenshot.
Which platforms?
iPhone (App Store) and computer (Steam), both coming soon. The iPhone version is not on the App Store in mainland China for now; players there can play on Steam.
What's the difference between the demo and the full game?
The free download is the demo: one woman each in Shanghai, Tokyo and New York, a full week with each, one hidden truth open. Buy the Full Game once in the game and all 15 women and every hidden truth open up. One purchase, no subscription, no ads.
New phone or reinstalled, and the full game is gone?
On the title screen, in the "This is the demo" panel, tap Restore Purchase. As long as you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with, it comes back at no charge.
Where are my saves? Can I lose them?
Saves live on your own device and are written after every step, so closing and reopening the game picks up where you left off. Deleting the game deletes the saves too; phone and computer saves are separate.
How do I change the language or turn off the music?
English。Tap the gear at the top left to open Settings: music and sound effects each have a switch and a volume, and the language can be 中文 or English.
Why did the same woman act differently this time?
Each run she draws one of her hidden truths at random (three each in the full game), and the clues and endings change with it. The same choices can turn out completely differently.
